Rancho Del Oro is a residential community in the central region of Oceanside, California. Residents are close to the beaches, schools, parks, stores, restaurants, and services.

Rancho Del Oro is comprised of both condos, and single family homes. Most of the unattached homes have two levels and an average of 2,000 square feet. There are several smaller neighborhoods here including Masters, Montage, Alacima, Miraval, Bel Canto, The Bluffs, Portraits, Patina, Valencia, and Cantabria. There are also monthly Home Owners Association fees.

Oceanside is served by several school districts. Students in this community may attend El Camino High School as well as highly ranked Ivey Ranch Elementary and Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School. There are also several private facilities like Saint Mary Star of the Sea School, Old Mission Montessori School, and La Petite Academy. MiraCosta College and San Luis Rey College are nearby.

Rancho Del Oro is situated just outside the city’s downtown district and is within minutes to attractions like Heritage Park Village & Museum, Oceanside Harbor, Mission San Luis Rey, and Guajome Regional Park. The community’s own Rancho Del Oro Park is made up of 16 acres of sports fields and tennis courts.

The Rancho Del Oro Plaza Shopping Center is situated near Oceanside Boulevard and College Boulevard. Just a short drive away you will find access to all of the upscale stores of Carlsbad. Golfers also have plenty to do with venues like the Oceanside Golf Course, Emerald Isle Golf Course, and El Camino Country Club.

Oceanside is the third largest city in San Diego County. It forms a tri-city area with Vista and Carlsbad and is located south of the United States Marin Corp Base Camp Pendleton. This is where the World’s Largest Women’s Surf Competition is held. And the downtown district holds a Sunset Market each Thursday evening to bring in local vendors and live entertainment.
